Terms for Upside Radar services
Upside Radar is the customer-facing brand of the registered Australian business name UPSIDERADAR. These terms apply when you use upsideradar.com, request an Opportunity Scan, or purchase an Opportunity Decision Pack.
Products and availability
The Opportunity Scan is a free preliminary comparison. Founding access is currently arranged through support@upsideradar.com. The Opportunity Decision Pack is a one-off digital service for one selected direction. It is not a subscription and its included 30-day Test Window does not renew automatically.
Optional development contributions
If offered, a development contribution is a voluntary one-time payment that supports continued development of Upside Radar. It is separate from the Opportunity Scan and Opportunity Decision Pack. It is not a charitable donation or tax-deductible gift, product purchase, preorder, subscription, equity investment, or entitlement to a current or future product. The selected amount and currency are shown before payment.
Scope, price, and delivery
The applicable product scope, price, currency, taxes, and delivery window will be shown or confirmed before payment. The founding Decision Pack price is US$69 one-off. Your local checkout currency may differ. Delivery begins after payment and after the selected direction and required brief are available.
Automated service boundary
No human review is included unless explicitly stated in writing. Automated checks assess source handling, completeness, isolation, and artifact integrity. If the service cannot meet its stated delivery scope after the promised retry, the remedy described in our Refund, cancellation and dispute policy applies.
Planning output, not professional advice
Ideas, comparisons, estimates, source material, reports, and test plans are decision-support information. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice. Source leads, AI-assisted reasoning, and modelled economics are not proof of demand, profitability, novelty, or success.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential or regulated information, obtaining professional advice where needed, and deciding whether and how to contact customers, spend money, build, or act. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.
Acceptable use
You must not use Upside Radar to break the law, infringe rights, bypass access restrictions, misrepresent generated material as verified evidence, or create harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. We may refuse or stop work where a request creates a material legal, safety, security, or integrity risk.
Intellectual property and use of outputs
We retain rights in the Upside Radar service, brand, templates, and underlying methods. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the delivered customer-specific output for your own business planning and implementation. Third-party sources remain subject to their own rights and terms.
Cancellation, refunds, and consumer rights
Our Refund, cancellation and dispute policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Support and changes
Contact support@upsideradar.com for service questions or disputes. We may update these terms for future use of the service; the terms accepted for an existing paid order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
