Nature of the service
Upside Radar provides opportunity-intelligence, planning, research, and testing artifacts. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, patent, medical, or regulated professional advice.
No guarantee
Generated opportunities, rankings, current-source summaries, modelled economics, and action plans do not guarantee demand, profitability, novelty, defensibility, or success.
Your decisions
You remain responsible for independent judgment, due diligence, compliance, customer contact, spending, contracting, and implementation decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to bypass access controls, violate privacy, misrepresent identity, infringe rights, automate prohibited outreach, or pursue unlawful activity.
Paid scope
The price, scope, delivery window, and any included remedy are confirmed before payment. Features described as future or preview capabilities are not part of a purchase unless confirmed in writing.
Price and Australian GST
Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout. Upside Radar is not currently registered for Australian GST and does not charge GST. If that treatment changes, the checkout disclosure will be updated before payment.
Soft-launch feedback rewards
A distinct, specific, and actionable report accepted after review unlocks 10% off a future Decision Pack. A reporter’s second accepted report unlocks 20%, and the third unlocks the maximum 30%. Duplicate, abusive, promotional, vague, or non-actionable submissions do not qualify. Only one active reward tier is issued at a time; a higher unused tier replaces the lower tier. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, cannot be combined with another promotion, expire after 90 days, and do not guarantee that a requested change will be implemented. The maximum reward is reached after three accepted reports.
